In recognition of its clients’ loyalty, The Commercial Industrial Company, Ford cars official agent in Jordan, hosted “Ford Customer Satisfaction” meeting at Al Mahatta Branch on the 16th & 22nd of November 2017 with the presence of a number of Ford clients and owners.
Considering clients an integral part of their journey of success, the Company aimed at building solid relationships with them; making sure they are getting outstanding after sales service.
Throughout the meeting, the latest updates and studies about Ford vehicles were discussed and reviewed, as well as a detailed explanation about spare parts and maintenance.
The meeting also highlighted the company’s true commitment to raising efficiency of servicing clients by a qualified technical and administrative team trained on International Programs constantly offered by Ford Mother Company.
The partnership with clients is the Company’s main priority, with this in mind, the meeting aimed at listening to clients, understanding their needs and answering their questions. Moreover, CIC has established a new department / Customer Relationship Management (CRM) - a specialized unit to manage the company’s interaction with clients and to serve them in the quickest and most efficicient way through phone calls and social media platforms.
