A Message Regarding the Earthquake -2-

1. Tadano Ltd. will provide aid in the form Tadano products valued at 50 million yen to assist recovery in areas affected by the recent earthquake.

2. Due to difficulties in procuring certain parts at the Shido Plant, the rough-terrain crane production line will suspend operations for one week from Thursday, March 24, through Wednesday, March 30.
Note: Production will continue on production lines at the Shido Plant not affected by parts procurement difficulties (i.e., those for cylinders and all-terrain cranes).

* If assessments indicate the recent earthquake may significantly affect Tadano Group business performance, such information will be released promptly.
